Formally XO Chicago, XOCHI returns to Gala Music with a new name and sound, reaching back to her faithful roots. The Island represents the space you fear that takes you deep into the abyss of pain, anxiety, depression, or addiction and the battle it takes to avoid those triggers. In collaboration with Ron the Producer, The Island pulls ska and reggae influences to a sound never heard by XOCHI before.
